The team leader has over 20 years of hands-on manufacturing management experience, starting from the quality floor and working up step by step. He has served at Hong Kong-invested, wholly Japanese-owned, private and wholly Korean-owned manufacturing companies, rising from the quality front line to quality manager at a Japanese-owned company and Chinese-side plant manager at a Korean-owned factory. He has managed the purchasing and delivery of thousands of material items from dozens of suppliers, and has completed the most critical production stages of businesses with over RMB 1 billion in annual sales. The original purpose of founding Kaicheng Origin was to build a partner factory that purchasing managers can trust and business owners can rely on.

Equipment & Capacity

The partner production base has more than 40 presses from 63 T to 1500 T, over 20 machining centers, 6 welding robots and 10 rocker-arm spot welders. This equipment represents the capacity of our partner base; Kaicheng Origin holds scheduling rights under a production cooperation agreement, and plans to progressively move production to in-house equipment in Phase II in 2028. We manage the entire process: from die development and material purchasing to outsourcing coordination and finished goods shipment.

Quality Assurance

Full-process quality control: incoming inspection → in-process patrolling → final outgoing inspection. ISO9001:2015 quality management system (certification planned for 2026); IATF16949 automotive quality management system (planned for 2027).

Development Plan

2026 foundation year: company registration completed and ISO9001 system established, battery electrode terminal posts in smooth mass production. 2027 ramp-up year: RMB 15 million revenue, IATF16949 system established and certified. 2028 scale-up year: revenue over RMB 30 million, appliance and white-goods projects ramp up. 2029 leap year: revenue approaching RMB 100 million. 2030 steady-growth year: revenue above RMB 140 million, exploring overseas markets.
